ABOUT Joseph molina flynn
Joseph Molina Flynn founded Molina Flynn Law Offices in 2015. He handles Immigration, Family, and Criminal matters. He has focused his practice on the intersection of these three areas of law and often works with other practitioners as a “crimmigration” consultant.
He graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Accounting and obtained his juris doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor. In 2021, he was appointed as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Central Falls becoming the first gay person to hold that seat and the first formerly undocumented Judge in Rhode Island. He is also an adjunct professor at the Roger Williams University Law School.
